WHEN WILL BY S A S S E E  ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All items displayed state shipping times.  Please ensure that you check these and delivery fits in when you will need your item(s).  We process and ship orders from our Canberra warehouse Monday through Friday.  Orders with free shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2 – 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in availability.  You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking.  All shipping information can also be found in the account section by clicking “My Account” and then “My Orders” Please check spam folders if you did not receive the shipping email.

WHAT CARRIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

DOES   S A S S E E  SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, to select countries.  Please see our International Order Policy (include link to page).  Pricing displayed are in AUS dollars and exclusive of shipping and taxes.  All relevant taxes and duties will be including in the final purchase price on checkout. 

We offer FREE International shipping on orders over $150.00

HOW WILL MY   S A S S E E   items arrive?

Your items will arrive gift packaged as stipulated and photographed on the product page.   

 

R E T U R N S

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I’D LIKE TO RETURN ALL OR PART OF.  DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Absolutely.  You can send most unworn items back with 14 days of ship date for a full refund or credit.   All tags must be attached and packaging intact.  Please include your original invoice with your return and note the reason for return.  Without order information we will be unable to process your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your  S A S S E E  design arrives to you damaged we will replace FREE OF ALL CHARGES. If you require your replacement item quickly, please photogram the item detailing the damage and email to support@sassee.com.au.  Please include your personal details, name, address and order number ( on your invoice).  Following confirmation from us that we have received your email, please send the item to the address below.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

On receipt of the item you will receive an email notification from  S A S S E E when we process your refund.  Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our staff to refund your original form of payment. 

HOW DO I SHIP THE RETURN BACK TO   S A S S E E  ?

You can send your package to us at the address below.  We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.   Please address all returns to:
